The Warehouse Studios, Inc. is a Non-Profit arts organization in Columbia, MO. focused on providing artists, musicians, and the community with affordable art and music studios, workshops, and classes. We will strive to provide an inspiring atmosphere to create art in, and nurture sustainability in the arts through programs and marketing.
Our space is the place where local artists and the community benefit from workshops, classes, and gallery representation. It is a creative and inspiring atmosphere to work in and 2 blocks from The District. We're in the North Village which is the emerging Artist Community in Columbia, MO.
We feel that the Warehouse will become a host for creative communication and collaboration in Columbia. Artists will have a space to show and sell their work, graphic designers will be able to exhibit their portfolios to prospective clients, musicians will have the opportunity to practice and teach lessons--all under the same roof. Our studios are located within the historic Wright Brothers Mule Barn. We have large shared studios that are accessible with a studio membership during open studio hours. Studio members will have the option to rent private storage space to keep tools, supplies, and art work on site. We will also rent a limited number of private studio spaces. Minimum studio price is $1/sf. For individuals with special requirements, custom prices will be determined. Band practice space and classroom space will be available at reasonable hourly rates.
